1969 First developed Process Oil in Korea
1971 Licensed KS M 2126(Machine Oil) & KS M 2127(Gear Oil)
1972 Registered as an official supplier for ‘Procurement Department of the Ministry of National
Defense’ and the National Railroad Administration
1978 Relocation of main office & plant to 201 Dongsam-Dong, Busan
1982 Started OEM business with BP for marine lubricants (domestic & international sales)
1986 Technical tie-up with ‘Mitsubishi Oil Co., Ltd.
1986 Started supplying engine oils to Hyundai Motor Company as genuine products
1989 Initial Public Offering
1991 Completion of additives plant construction
1991 Licensed KS M 2129(Hydraulic Oil) & KS M 2162(Process Oil)
1991 Started OEM business with Castrol for marine lubricants (domestic & international sales)
1992 Established Ulsan Manufacturing Plant

1994 10% of capital joined from “Mitsubishi Oil”

1997 Merged “Mitsubishi Oil” and “Nippon Oil” (continuous the former contract with them)
2000 ISO approval
2000 Start to produce Fuel Additive under TEXACO License
2001 Registered as an official supplier for Rural Development Administration

2008 ISO 14001 approval
2010 Started OEM business with LUKOIL for marine lubricants (domestic & international sales)
2014 Renewal of FDA certificates for food grade liquid paraffin, ‘FOMI’ products
